Lotorians: An Introduction

The Lotorians had to come from somewhere. The trouble is: No one can really agree on where, depending on which Lotorian you're talking to at the time.

Commonly, most Lotorians seem to agree that their original homeworld got wrecked somehow by the Kamir. This has fueled a long-time grudge against all Kamiroid aliens.

These days, however, they are found all over Hiverspace. Many dwell on family-operated starships, surviving off what salvage they can sell. Others, because of the Lotorian aptitude for all things financial, find work in corporations, large and small.

On average, Lotorians are about five feet tall. They're covered in coarse fur, which is usually some variation of brown or gray. They've got elongated snouts and eyes that are banded by black fur. The design of the band varies from family to family. They've got two arms and two legs, and each appendage has six digits. They have prehensile tails.

Because Lotorian society is so decentralized, culture is largely determined by individuals or families.

Lotorian traditions, like culture, are specific to various individuals and families.
