Fallout?

In the middle of the night, black glass like objects fell down upon the city of Necromundus. They are reported as being anywhere from a pebble to a fist in size.

Residents of the city are being warned not to touch these objects or to come within a short distance of them, there have been numerous reports of direct contact or proximity triggering an explosing much like the one that wrecked the house of Shafi the Elf.
