+Kudos Updated!

Chalice has been a busy cup! She has updated our +kudos system - originally designed to allow praise points from players to staffers - so that it works as a way of recognizing the out-of-character contributions of both players and staffers.

It still works the same: You type +kudos . In the middle of each month, we'll cycle it. Staffers who get +kudos get a warm and happy feeling for the thanks they've been given. Players, on the other hand, get those +kudos points converted into JTS Faction Points (viewable via the +jtspoints command).

What can you use +kudos for with players? Well, from a staff standpoint, we'll use it to recognize people who do work on the Wiki, keep journals in the forums, promote the game, run events, post logs, contribute to the game's canon, etc. Players can use it for pretty much any reason they feel they can justify. +Kudos to the Kup!
